The Dot Group Graduate programme - this is what differentiates us. We firmly believe that to be successful in our business you need to experience working across our group so our graduate programme is designed to do just that.
You will spend the first year working in one of our 5 businesses within the Dot Group for 4 months. This gives you adequate time to experience the business and you can get involved in a real life and important project. This is followed by two additional 4 month rotations in two of our other businesses within the group.
The second year is then back to one of the businesses you spent time in during your first year and you get to spend a whole year here really getting exposed to the business. However, its not just about work.
We want you to learn and we know the best way to learn is from on the job experiences, mentoring and formal training opportunities so you will get those as well across the two years, whether it is deepening your technical skills, learning new skills, getting involved in CSR activities, helping recruit future interns and graduates, attending team building sessions or a lunch with our CEO and other Executive team members.
We will make sure you develop all the skills needed to be successful in our business.
“One of the best things about the graduate programme has been the exposure to so many different components of the business.”

My first year at The Dot Group gave me a hands-on understanding of how real estate works. I was trusted with real responsibility early on, owning workstreams from start to finish, producing analysis and materials that fed directly into decision making, and learning quickly through doing.
What made the experience for me, though, was the people. I had the chance to learn from great colleagues across the wider group, and I benefited from how connected everyone is. Insights, context, and best practice get shared naturally between teams, so you’re constantly picking things up outside your immediate lane.
Alongside that, I strengthened my technical skills across underwriting, investment memos, and reporting, and I built the judgement and confidence to operate independently whilst still working closely with others. Overall, the year helped me pin down the direction I wanted to take my career and I was fortunate enough to be able to join Kinetic Capital’s debt financing team.
